You've got to practice the meditation and belief several times a day. The deeper the belief, the faster the manifestation comes.

Gratitude and acceptance make you focus your consciousness on the positive vibration, which will adjust your frequency to higher dimension. Strong joy, gratitude and acceptance are the affirmation in your goals. It is the way of focusing on the new beliefs. Curiosity and love have the same effect on your goal, as well as resistance and hatred. So, the attention is everything. After you set your intentions, you need to feel the mood of achieving goals. The stronger the mood and the more pleasant the feelings, the faster the vibrations will be(which will attract the energy of the same frequency) and the faster the manifestation occurs.
