Principle of Mindfulness Meditation Manifestation Method
Firstly, let's clarify the definitions of mindfulness, meditation and manifestation.
Mindfulness refers to a mental state of being in the clear awareness of paying attention in the present moment but relaxing, just taking notice and being aware of your mind, body or surroundings without thinking.
Meditation refers to allow the consciousness follow the attention or instructions to enter the target scenario in a relaxing state.
Manifestation means under the action of mindfulness meditation, to change your belief and manifest your desired scenario.
Our consciousness is usually scattered, following various stimuli and information. Even if there is no information outside, it babbles on its own. In this process, we subconsciously carry countless beliefs to deal with everything in our life, but we are rarely aware of this. In other words, most of the time, we send messy, even unknown belief information to the cosmos. It means many unconscious beliefs form the framework of your current life: where you live, your family, your career, your friends, etc. And because you are rarely aware of this, these messy and unconscious beliefs are transmitted over and over, which leads to your habitual life goes on stably. If you want to have a new life, you've got to change your beliefs and can transmit the new beliefs continuously to the cosmos.
This is the reason why we need to practice mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness allows you to stop the wheel of habitual consciousness, and to make a tiny hole in the thick shell of piled-up beliefs. If you can regularly practice mindfulness meditation, it won't take long to make a big room in the shell. Of course, your destination is to break it through, but this won't happen unless you put enough efforts. When you practice enough, it will happen naturally, and this moment is called ENLIGHTENMENT.
When you experience the state of enlightenment, experience the eternal energy, you will understand how powerful you are: you can create everything, and you are no different from the Creator.
Life is a game of life experience, it's you who choose it, and you can reselect every detail at any time, because all of this is created by your consciousness. Moreover, you can choose to leave the game at any time and return to the Origin. Or you can carry the energy of enlightenment to manifest anything you like, being a game bystander of having intentions come true.
Even if you haven’t reached the state of enlightenment, you can still manifest your intentions through changing your beliefs.
However, it is an essential step to stop the current belief through mindfulness practice. After it stopped, the new beliefs are projected through mindfulness meditation. By continuous and intensive meditation practice with firmly believing, a shell of new belief will be formed. If your consciousness can work at ease under the new belief, these new thinking waves will form a new reality. The manifestation you want will appear.

Belief and manifestation are the true meaning of Cause-Effect (Karma-Vipāka). When you want to resist the Effect, it is definitely useless. Instead, we should adjust your belief ahead of the manifestation. As for the effects which have been formed, except for using it to verify your previous beliefs, no need to pay more attention to them, especially the emotions, because the extra attention can only strengthen the previous beliefs. What you resist will eventually manifest into reality. We just need to observe it without judgment, skip it, and enter the next moment with new beliefs. Every present moment of yours is a new life.
